Just a little of this and that...things I have run across...and a few things that have run across me!
That's funny! It strikes a chord, too, because seems like my pastor's always harping on about "giving" -- cheerfully, till it hurts, till the new santuary is built, etc.
One local parish could run perfectly fine, with plenty of money left over, if each family (not person, family) gave only $5/week.They're running a deficit.
That is such a funny cartoon. Poor guys!
